We’re proud to present the first plant-based burger to be developed and produced in Switzerland – our «The Green Mountain» burger. For everyone who wants the taste, but not the meat! Our «The Green Mountain» burger looks and tastes like meat. But without the meat. And it’s different. This plant-based burger is an excellent source of fibre and high in protein and vitamin B12.

Water, textured pea protein 16%, coconut oil 11%, pea protein 3.5%, WHEAT GLUTEN, thickening agent: methyl cellulose, inulin, flavouring, pea flour, colouring: beetroot juice concentrate, distilled vinegar, fermented onion extract, table salt, flaxseed flour, spices, colouring: safflower concentrate, acidity regulator: lactic acid, BARLEY MALT EXTRACT, vitamin B12.

Throw them on the grill!

Grill or fry over a medium heat until nicely browned for a really lovely, slightly roasted flavour. Our «The Green Mountain» burger also tastes great with melty cheese! For best results, put the cheese on your burger about 1 minute before it’s done and wait until the cheese is slightly melted.

For all you vegans out there – you don’t have to miss out on great meals or recipes made using our burger. Simply leave the cheese out of our recipes or replace it with your usual alternatives.

Preparation

GRILL (DEPENDING ON TYPE) 7 – 13 MIN.

Grill over a low to medium heat. Turn several times while cooking.

PAN 9 – 10 MIN.

Fry in a little oil over a medium heat. Turn several times while cooking.

OVEN (175 °C) 11 MIN.

Flip over once halfway through cooking.
