150g | cooked green beans |
3 | carrots, finely sliced |
2 | red onions, cut into 3mm wedges |
a little | fresh green coriander |
a little | fresh parsley |
3 tbsp | peanut oil |
1 | paprika powder |
½ tsp | cumin |
1 clove | garlic |
1 pinch | chilli powder |
salt, pepper | |
grated rind of half a lemon | |
1 pinch | oregano |

Mix the ingredients for the marinade and leave the chunks to marinate for half an hour.

Heat some peanut oil in a pan, fry the chunks and red onion until lightly browned, then add the carrots and beans and fry briefly.

Season with salt and pepper and finally mix in the herbs… that’s it! For a spicier taste… add chilli powder!
Tip: Other types of vegetables such as red kidney beans, red peppers or sweetcorn can of course also be used.
