2 | lye rolls |
2 tsp. | vegetable oil |
1 tbsp. | mayonnaise (or vegan alternative) |
1 tsp. | coarse Dijon mustard |
lemon juice | |
4 | lettuce leaves |
2 | gherkins, sliced |
1 small | red onion, cut into rings |
1 tbsp. | ketchup |

Prepare meatloaf according to package instructions, remove from oven, allow to cool and cut into slices

Cut lye rolls in half and toast
3.
Fry meatloaf slices in oil on each side for 2 minutes until crispy
4.
Mix mayonnaise with mustard and lemon juice
5.
Place lettuce, meatloaf, gherkins and onions on the lye rolls
6.
Serve as desired with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and black pepper
