1 bunch | of radishes |
1 | red onion |
200 g | cherry tomatoes |
250 g | Alpine cheese (or vegan alternative) |
3 tbsp. | white wine vinegar |
Salt, freshly ground black pepper | |
2 tsp. | liquid honey (or vegan alternative) |
4 tbsp. | olive oil |
150 g | baby spinach |
1/2 bunch | chervil |
1/2 bunch | mint |

Prepare meatloaf according to package instructions

In the meantime, cut cucumber, radishes and red onion into thin slices
3.
Cut tomatoes into small pieces and dice cheese
4.
Cut meatloaf into strips
5.
Mix salt, pepper, honey, and olive oil well with the white wine vinegar
6.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl, add spinach and herbs
7.
Serve with fresh sourdough bread
