2 rustic ‘Weggli’ (soft white bread rolls)

4 tbsp.

green pesto

½

mozzarella ball (or vegan alternative), sliced

sundried tomatoes

1 handful

of rocket, washed

So, here’s what you do:

1.

Spread one half of bun with 2 tbsp. pesto

2.

Place burger on top

3.

Add fresh mozzarella

4.

Top with sundried tomatoes and rocket

5.

Cover with second half of bun
