«The Green Mountain» burgers

2

burger buns, lightly toasted in the oven or toaster

8 tbsp.

hot chili sauce

4 tbsp.

sour cream (or vegan alternative)

2

green jalapeños, sliced (if you like it extra spicy, use the seeds too!)

¼ small

red cabbage, cut into thin strips

So, here’s what you do:

1.

Spread one half of bun with 2 tbsp. hot chili sauce

2.

Place burger on top

3.

Spread with 2 tbsp. sour cream

4.

Lay jalapeños and red cabbage on top

5.

Spread other half of bun with 2 tbsp. hot chili sauce and place on top
