«The Green Mountain» burgers

2 ‘Bürli’ (sourdough rolls), lightly toasted in the oven or toaster

8 tbsp.

BBQ sauce

4 slices

raclette cheese (or vegan alternative)

Raclette seasoning

4

pickle slices

1 small

red onion, cut into rings

So, here’s what you do:

1.

Spread one half of bun with 2 tbsp. BBQ sauce

2.

Sprinkle some raclette seasoning onto the burger, top with melted cheese and place on the bun

3.

Layer on 2 pickle slices

4.

Top with 4 onion rings

5.

Spread other half of bun with 2 tbsp. BBQ sauce and place on top
