Ingredients

«The Green Mountain» burgers

2

black burger buns, lightly toasted in the oven or toaster

8 tbsp.

BBQ sauce

2 slices

cheddar cheese (or vegan alternative)

½ bell

pepper, washed, cut into strips, brushed with a little oil and grilled

½

courgette, washed, cut into strips, brushed with a little oil and grilled

So, here’s what you do:

1.

Spread one half of bun with 2 tbsp. BBQ sauce

2.

Add burger, topped with 1 slice melted cheese

3.

Season the grilled vegetables and place on top of burger

4.

Spread other half of bun with 2 tbsp. BBQ sauce and place on top
