«The Green Mountain» burgers

protein ‘Weggli’ (soft white bread rolls), lightly toasted in the oven or toaster

4 tbsp.

guacamole

1 handful

baby spinach

A handful of baby spinach

1 large

tomato, sliced

1 small

red onion, cut into rings

4 tbsp.

cream cheese (or vegan alternative)

¼

cucumber, sliced

2 tbsp.

cress

So, here’s what you do:

1.

Spread one half of bun with 2 tbsp. guacamole

2.

Top with spinach, tomatoes and onions

3.

Place burger on top

4.

Spread with 2 tbsp. cream cheese (or vegan alternative)

5.

Lay cucumber slices and cress on top

6.

Cover with second half of bun
