Our plant-based ‘national sausage’ can be enjoyed hot or cold, just like the famous Swiss boiled sausage. Made with rapeseed oil and pea protein, it’s the vegan sausage alternative for everyone who wants to forego the meat but not the taste. The sausage is beechwood-smoked in the smokehouse to give it its natural, smoky taste. Crisp on the outside, succulent on the inside.

Water, rapeseed oil 15%, thickening agents (processed euchema seaweed, methyl cellulose, xanthan gum, locust bean gum, konjac), pea protein 4%, inulin, flavouring, distilled vinegar, spices, table salt, potato protein, citrus fibre, stabilisers (sodium alginate, konjac, guar gum), concentrated lemon juice, colouring: iron oxides, vitamin B12.

Preparation

Grill at a medium heat, flipping occasionally.
