We’re proud to present the first burger developed and produced in Switzerland, our «The Green Mountain» burger. For everyone who wants taste, but no meat! The«The Green Mountain» burger looks and tastes like meat. Just without the meat part. And it’s different. This plant-based burger is an outstanding source of fibre and has a high percentage of protein and vitamin B12.
When grilling and frying, recommended over medium heat, an especially good, slightly crispy roasted aroma and an appetising brown colour develop.
The Green Mountain Burger also tastes great with soft melty cheese! For best results, put cheese on your burger about 1 minute before it’s done cooking and wait until the cheese is slightly melted.
For all you vegans out there: Of course, you shouldn’t have to miss out on great prep alternatives and recipes with our burger. Just leave out the cheese in our recipes or replace it with your usual alternatives.
